It usually takes about 30 minutes for the ship to be cleared by customs before the guests can start disembarking. The VIP guests are the first to disembark followed by guests carrying their own bags off the ship. All other guests can pick their bags at the port and go through customs.
If you walk off the ship with your bags, it can take about 30 additional minutes to go through customs after the ship is cleared by customs. For other guests it can take 1-2 hours to disembark and clear customs.

There is no self service laundry fleetwide, however we do offer laundry and dry cleaning services at a charge.

answer 2
No. There are no self-service laundries. All ships offer laundry, dry clean & pressing services. They have laundry bags in your stateroom that you can give to the cabin stewards. Usually around the middle of the cruise they offer discounts on the services.
However, I wouldn't use it for any delicate or expensive dresses.

There are no self-service laundries at all. You can have your cleaning done at the ship's laundry for a nominal fee. They usually have a one-day special toward the end of the cruise. Watch for it in the events paper.

All staterooms have hair dryers. The hair dryers are the basic type without any attachments.
The amenities the ship's stateroom is just as in any hotel. Mini-fridge, phone, TV, coffee maker (not in inside & ocean view staterooms), ice bucket, beach towels, mini-safe, hair dryer, liquid soap and shampoo.

Bermuda is out there all by it's lonesome, the Bahamas are comprised of many islands.

In case of Bermuda, there are no other islands close by where you can sail by at night and arrive in the morning. In case of the Caribbean islands, there are plenty of islands that you can cover giving guests more countries to visit. Plus, in case of Nassau, there is nothing much in the island other than Atlantis.

The beds are full sized beds that are pushed together to make a queen sized bed. Every time we have traveled (Mr & Mrs), they have had the beds already combined with queen sized bed sheets and blankets. If the bed hasn't been combined, you can ask the cabin steward to push the beds into a queen sized bed. They will bring the queen sized blankets to fit the bed.

Hotel with Parking Miami

I am looking for hotel or package which will included parking I am on a 11 day cruise out of Miami. Is there a hotel with room/parking package that you can suggest or I can book with you

There are no hotels that will allow you to park in their parking lot for almost two weeks just because you stayed there for one day. Even if a hotel allows paid parking at their hotel, the rates are going to be much higher than a regular parking garage that offers long term parking. Check online for parking garages near MIA airport. The airport is about 10 min from the Port of Miami.

Check out the "Gifts and More" section of the website, you can order bon voyage items from there prior to the cruise. The ship may have a shop onboard where you can order something like this once you are onboard, also.

I want to book a cruise for my parents, but one of my parents only have a green/alien card, would they be able to travel using that documentation?

I want to book a cruise for my parents, but one of my parents only have a green/alien card, would they be able to travel using that documentation? Would the green card be okay? Or would they need a passport?

Their green card will get them back into the US, but it may not get them into the ports of call. If a port requires a passport for their nationality/citizenship then they will need that in additon to the green card (and the same applies to visas).

In general, they will require the green card and passport because they will have to go through immigration and customs when they return from the cruise. Depending on your country of origin, you may require a visa to enter the countries they are visiting during the vacation. I suggest checking the consulate website for the countries and checking if getting a visa is a requirement for people from your country.

There are water dispensers in the buffet area and they ask that you use a glass to fill your water bottles to preven contamination.

As a rule, they discourage guests from filling water into bottles at the fountains but I have seen guests filling water bottles at the water and juice station in the garden cafe.

Question

What to do on ship while docked

In checking out the shore excursions while in Port Canaveral (Orlando), nothing seems to be spark my interest. Are there activities going on during the day while the ship is docked (in case I decide not to leave the ship)? Thanks for your answers; this is my first time cruise!

There will be some things to do, but the schedule is not as robust as it is at sea since the crew likes the opportunity to go ashore also. The pool area will be a good place to hang out since it won't be as crowded. We have taken the Sea World excursion and the airboat through the everglades excursion and recommend them both.

The ship will have activities for you onboard the ship. There will be a range of activities like dance classes, pool games, etc.
As far as things to do in port Canaveral, I would suggest visiting Kennedy Space Center. Even if you are not interested in space and rockets, the place has a lot of history and is an interesting place to visit.
