answer 1
Dear NCL Staff, I agree with the person who said your answer is inadequate in that you state ONLY that the suite itself faces forward. Looking at the photos of the completed ship and comparing them to the renderings of the suite, my guess is that there are two round windows in the suite, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the bathroom, that face towards the front of the ship. The only balconies I see are on the sides of the ship, and the renderings suggest the living room opens to this side-facing balcony. Can you confirm these conclusions or, if I am incorrect, please give more information than simply "Yes, the suite faces forward," which is not helpful.
Also, studying the ship photos, I have this sinking feeling that the balconies in these not-inexpensive rooms are covered, i.e., not open to the sun, and you will be sitting in share. Is this correct? Thank you.
answer 2
I see the NCL description of these suites has now been changed so they no longer claim to have 'FORWARD FACING PRIVATE BALCONIES' which they clearly do not. I trust you will be writing to everyone who has already booked these suites to explain the situation and the misrepresentation in your marketing of the NCL Breakaway? Standing on a forward facing balcony sailing in and out of Manhatten was by far the main reason for booking this suite. Looking through the glass of a porthole is not an acceptable alternative.

answer 3
The photos that I am seeing of the ship in its final stages show no forward facing balcony on any decks with these suites. I can see balconies on the sides. There seems to be a window/large porthole in the forward part of the suite, and from the pictures/renderings of the suites, it would seem these windows would be in the bedrooms. The renderings also show a window in the bathroom, where this window *might* be instead. Either way, there is only one window apparent on the ship in each suite, definitely not one in both the bedroom and bathroom...

answer 4
Dear NCLSTAFF, can you please clarify. We understand that the suite has at least a window that faces forward. In you answer, it is only clear that the suite faces forward. But is there a ++balcony++ that faces forward? Or does the balcony only extend off the side? If the balcony does face forward, how does one get to it? Thanks!
