Yes, if you are interested make your reservation as soon as you board. Go to the restaurant reservation desk, usually in the Atrium, they only have 12 seats available and it fills up fast.

Yes, there are mini-frig's in all staterooms. While they are not extremely cold, they will keep items cool.

The amenities in the ship's stateroom are like any hotel. Mini-fridge, phone, TV, coffee maker (not in inside & ocean view staterooms), ice bucket, beach towels, mini-safe, hair dryer, liquid soap and shampoo.

So long as you have not paid in full, you could possibly get the lower rate; you would need to contact whomever you booked your trip with whether it be your travel agent or NCL.

No, price is by the minute. They do offer packages though, example 100 minutes, 250 minutes etc.

No, Wifi is not free, is a satellite connection which can be slow and reception on the ship varies depending on your location on the ship.

You can carry one on and keep it in your room Unlikely you will be able to play on board though.
Playing in your room or balcony if it does not disturb your neighbors.

I have seen other passengers do this, so I believe it is possible, obviously, and no offense to you, you need to be aware of your surroundings when playing as not to disrupt other passengers.

Is the Owner's suite on the Dawn considered the Haven suite. Want to down grade to a smaller suite and was told the haven suites have a different policy?

Policy for changing/cancelling suites is this:
Standard suite cancellation policy is the same as regular staterooms.
Garden Villa, Deluxe Owners Suites and Owners Suites and all Haven suites have an extended cancellation policy. You have to cancel earlier to not forfeit your deposit.

No and guests are not allowed to bring irons onboard for safety reasons. There will be some irons and ironing boards available to guests to be able to use for a couple of hours and then would have to be returned, ask your room steward or guest services.

Depending on weather you report to a designated place (e.g., dining room, lounge, promenade deck, etc,) for a lesson/demonstration of how to use life jackets and what to do in the event of an emergency. Usually it's only about 15 minutes. It's mandatory for everyone and NCL is required to record all passengers attendance.

You will be assigned a station and time to attend the drill. Everyone must attend is they want to cruise. If you need some special attention talk customer service as soon as you board or call NCL's Accessibility Assistance:
