You will need parental consent to purchase beer and wine. Your key card will indicate if you are allowed to consume alcohol.

Key cards are not required to enter a bar/lounge but are required to purchase drinks. Even 18-21 year old guests only need the key card to purchase drinks provided the parents authorization forms were filed and key card updated accordingly.

It would be difficult to print it from the website. Onboard the ship they have pocket sized guide maps. It is usually located around the guest services desk or the shore excursion desk.

Other than printing the entire web page no easy way that I know of. However, you can print a mini pocket guide via the following link or get one at check-in.

You are allowed to bring your own sodas, juices and water. You can check them or carry them on board. The products must be sealed or risk confiscation by the security. Make sure you tag them with your room tags so that they are delivered to your stateroom along with your luggage.
In some ports, they will not check in your soda/water cases with your bags but you can still carry them onboard with you.

Yes, the ship has a behind the scenes tour of the ship. There is a small fee for the tour. You can sign up at the guest services desk. They will inform you of the date and time of the tour.

Not sure if it is possible or not but since this is a passenger Q&A forum I would suggest you call NCL directly to get an answer to your question.

The main restaurants do no accept reservation. Seating is on first come first serve basis just as in any regular restaurant. However, if all of you want to sit together, you will need to go in for early dinner around 5:30 or 6 PM.

Yes. Regular and decaf coffee is complimentary in all the restaurants on the ship. However, only balcony and higher class of staterooms have coffee makers in the room. If you are staying in the inside or ocean view stateroom there are no coffee makers but you can order coffee through room service.

NCL hasn't published the ship refurbishment schedule for 2016 but my guess is that the ship will be undergoing refurbishment. The last time the ship was refurbished was in 2011.
