They offer a 20% discount on purchases of 6 or more bottles you pre-purchase before the cruise.

The prices displayed on NCL's website and other travel agencies don't show the taxes and port charges. The taxes vary depending on the state you reside.

You are allowed to smoke in designated smoking areas outside the ship, in the casino and in your balcony but not in your stateroom. If the ship has cigar bars, you can smoke cigars in the bars or designated smoking lounge. Cigar smoking is not allowed in your stateroom or your balcony.

No you will not be allowed to board the ship at any other place other than the port from where the ship sails. When you sail, the check-in process takes place at the port where they scan your bags through x-ray machines and hand you your room cards. You cannot board the ship without the room cards.

It's quite possible that they changed the itinerary based on popularity. I couldn't find the exact combination that you want but they have Rome, Athens, Alexandra & Ephesus (Izmir), Turkey not the same combination with Istanbul.

The Baltic states fall under the Schengen States policy for visa requirements. U.S. and Canadian citizens do not require a Schengen visa. For passengers from other countries, it's best to check the policy and visa requirements for their country. You can also contact your travel agent or NCL for up-to-date information.

You can only board the ship at the port from where the ship sails. The check-in process occurs at the port where you will be given your room cards and bags will go through a security scan.
You can disembark early but you will need to contact NCL and inform them about your plans but you will still be paying full price of the 7 days cruise.

NCL has different types of cruises departing from USA. Check out the reservation section to find a cruise that is suitable for you. You can make the reservations online or call NCL to make the reservations.
I think only the family suite will accommodate 6 guests in one stateroom. The other option will be to look at adjoining staterooms which may even turn out more economical.

There will be a penalty associated with cancelling and re-booking. If you made the reservation through NCL, you will need to contact NCL. If the reservation was done through a travel agent they will be able to give you the exact charges involved in changing the reservations. The cost varies depending on the itinerary and how much in advance you cancel the trip.
