You cannot bring your own liquor onboard the ship. Any liquor you bring onboard the ship will be confiscated by the ship's security and returned to you on the last night of the cruise. Same is true for any liquor you purchase at any of the ports you visit.
However, you are allowed to bring wine and champagne onboard the ship but there is a corkage fee per bottle.

Corkage is charged for wine brought on board - not wine bought on board. The only additional charge for wine bought on board is a 15% gratuity which is true for all on-board liquor purchases.

No corkage fee for the package or onboard purchases. The corkage fee applies only to any bottles of wine to be consumed on the ship but not purchased on the ship (i.e., bottles brought with you from home). Refer to the following link for more info.

No. There are no restrictions on bringing any kind of liquids or gels (as long as they are not hazardous).

FYI. Airlines don't allow liquids or gels in your carry on. However, if they are packed in your checked bags it is fine. You can pack shampoos, deodorants and other items in your checked luggage.

We went cave tubing and it was one of the best things we have EVER done! I would suggest, however, to book your trip thru a private operator and not as a shore excursion. We did this online before the trip. There were 12 of us on a van, not 50 from the ship. We left ahead of the crowd from the ship and had a delightful time. It also cost a lot less.

It really depends on your interests and your level of activity. There are the usual activities like beach, snorkeling, city tour etc. I'm interested in history and they have a tour to a Mayan ruin and that was very interesting to me.

You can read the reviews of the various excursions there.

To get to that page without using the link, click 'Learn About Our Cruises' above, then 'New to Cruising', and 'Learn From Our Guests'. Choose the port you want under Rate and Review.

Just noticed on FAQ on preparing for a cruise. As of Nov. 2014 there will be more restrictions where you can smoke, including no more smoking on any balconies, and restricted areas in the casino. It is about time.
P.S. this also includes electronic smoking devices

You are allowed to smoke in designated smoking areas outside the ship, in the casino and in your balcony but not in your stateroom. If the ship has cigar bars, you can smoke cigars in the bars or designated smoking lounge. Cigar smoking is not allowed in your stateroom or your balcony.
Starting in Nov, you cannot smoke in your state room balconies.

The ships do have wi-fi but it is not free,
You can purchase minutes in blocks of 30/60/100/250 or pay as you use.
Remember that the ship uses satellite communication for internet connection and it's quite slow.
For more information, check out this link

Typically for cruises departing 4/5 PM check-in begins around 11 AM and boarding begins around noon. There will be an announcement as to when your stateroom is ready later in the afternoon. In the meantime you can have lunch and explore the ship.

The check-in process usually starts at around 11 AM and they will let you board the ship around 12 noon. However, you will not be allowed into your staterooms until 2-3 PM to give the staff enough time to clean the rooms. You can have lunch on board the ship and explore the public areas of the ship.

Check-in usually begins around 10:30-11:00, and boarding begins around 12:00-12:30. Boarding is done by groups - suites first, latitude platinum, gold, etc., so being the first to check in doesn't mean you'll be the first on board.

Jewelry is sold in a section of the store, so no separate store but the section is quite large with glass cases stored with rings, necklaces, watches, bracelets etc.The cosmetic/fragrance store is separate and also sell some custom jewelry.
They are open only when at sea.
