Question

is there a laundry room on the sky?

No. There are no self-service laundries. All ships offer laundry, dry clean & pressing services. They have laundry bags in your stateroom that you can give to the cabin stewards. Usually around the middle of the cruise they offer discounts on the services.
However, I wouldn't use it for any delicate or expensive dresses.

Yes, there are but they may not be cold enough. It is my understanding that you may store supplies in the medical centers' refrigerators.

answer 4
Yes. All staterooms have hair dyers. It is a basic hair dryer without any attachments but it gets the job done.
The amenities the ship's stateroom is just as in any hotel. Mini-fridge, phone, TV, coffee maker (not in inside & ocean view staterooms), ice bucket, beach towels, mini-safe, hair dryer, liquid soap and shampoo.

Everything you purchase onboard will be charged to your onboard account using your cabin key. Your credit card will be charged for these charges at the end of the cruise unless you make other arrangements.

The price difference between what? You will pay more for alcohol than you would at the liquor store. The bar setup appears to have a markup of 3 to 4 times what you would pay at a retail store.

Since you are switching rooms between family members, it really doesn't matter. You can just exchange the stateroom keys among yourself.
However, if you want to change the names on the room, then contact your travel agent or NCL and they can switch it for you.

Aside from price difference you can always upgrade but it is contingent upon availability. Your TA's response implies the stateroom category you want to upgrade to is fully booked.

Disembarkation usually begins 2 hours after docking.
You must vacate staterooms by 9:00 a.m. but can wait in one of the public lounges until your luggage tag color is called.
Last and final call for guests to debark is made around 9:45am/10:00am. This may vary by port.
Breakfast is serve on disembarkation day
