No. Before you check-in, you have to go through the security screening process. Once you complete check-in, they will direct you to a waiting area on the terminal.
However, you can check and see if the port has baggage holding service where you can store you bags for a few hours. NCL will not store your bags but some ports have private companies that provide the service.
